Free GMing advice from the GM-FU masters!

September 25, 2008 by The Chatty DM

As of late last night, I’m officially a published RPG author!

You can now download the Gen Con 2008 workshop booklet we created for our GM-Fu Seminar.  Along with my blogging and GM-for-Hire friend Phil Veccione and with the masterful editing of Vicki Potter, we offer you a free PDF filled with:

  • Trope tips
  • Tailoring adventures to player tastes
  • Your writing cycle
  • Your prepping schedule

While some of the material I wrote (Tropes and player tastes) is adapted from the blog, there’s also some exclusive content in there.  Plus it’s now available in a PDF form you can now peruse at your leisure offline!

You can find the free document at your favorite PDF stores:

  • RPGNow
  • DrivethruRPG
  • EnWorld Store
  • e23 (Steve Jackson Games)
  • YourGamesNow

I wish to thank Vicki Potter and Tabletop Adventures for helping us put this together and publihing it.

I am looking forward to Gen Con 2009 to give out the next GM-Fu seminars. There will be more than one for sure!

Congrats on getting published! I grabbed the file already and made some notes that I can use in my campaign planning. I’m always out to save time when prepping.
