I suppose those count. Not even a sweet item drop today?

Now that I’ve received them, future reviews include: Robot Chicken S1, Venture Bros S1, Eerie Indiana, the Toothpaste for Dinner book, Johnny Magic and the Cardshark Kids, and a few other books. Xmas and bday gift certificates will probably head towards another Wii game.

In gaming stuff? … Nothing. Okay, I got my husband Guitar Hero II, so technically I got that too. Oh, and my husband got a gift certificate to EB Games from work, and we got some stuff from that, including Tales of the Abyss for the PS2. It’s great so far. For those of you who know the Tales series, for the sorcerer’s ring, it’s an adorable little creature who uses the ring to breathe fire. When doing so, he either cries “Mieu!!” or “Fire!!”. It’s almost worth it just for that.

Guitar Hero II, by the way, is really fun.

We’re still trying to find a Wii.

I got Y: The Last Man volumes 1-5 and Fables up to issue 51. That’s a lot of comics!

I got Trivial Pursuit, 6th edition (and it kicked my trivia-loving ass!!), and Jim Gaffigan’s “Beyond the Pale”

    Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooot Pockets!

Little Miss Sunshine and Superman Returns on dvd. Ultimate Ghosts’n’Goblins (for the PSP) is one of the geeky highlights of my gifts, but I’d definitely have to dub this the christmas of NERF! I managed to snag two Mavericks, and a Long Shot that are delicious to play with.

The best part is that one of our little cousins got the Nerf-tag set from an uncle, so everyone was just shooting each other before dinner with the velcro darts.

I got Star Trek: The Animated Series, Harvey Birdman Volume II, Final Fantasy V, Life and Times of $crooge McDuck, and a Justice League t-shirt which is much too small but when I wear it seems to emphasize my interests in the above properties.
