OSU & GAMA want YOUR nerdish opinions

May 9, 2006 by Dave

Head over to www.gamesurvey.org if you have a few minutes. It’s the first non-marketing, non-D&D is evil survey to be conducted about gamers, and they could use your input. There’s also more explanation on BGG.

It’s an 11 page survey, so it gets a bit on the lengthy / more then a few minute survey, however the questions all seem spot on for the kind of survey/audience it is targeting. Definitely a good idea to take it and feed them some more data.

That’s a long survey and I’m not totally sure it is particularly “good”. I still completed it thought.

That was a horrible survey. Annoyingly long, which would be find but for the fact that the questions are boring. I’m not sure they are particularly useful either.

I didn’t know surveys were supposed to be fun and entertaining, as opposed to useful and informative? Certainly the best ones should be fun, but it’s a survey for the love of god.

Surveys were put on earth to amuse people!

    Research and information, PAH!

*dies because the survey is too long*

Kidding, though the answers aren’t as useful from a casual gamer like me. My favourite games tend to be something that I’ve played 10 times at most. We don’t even have any consoles here, since we left them all in Westminster, so I haven’t played console games since April 2nd.

I’m on page 10, so I should stop procrastinating and finish it.
