Ennies Voting is Open: Vote for Critical Hits!

Voting has opened in the Ennie Awards and we are nominated for Best Website. We’re up against tough competition: every single one of the other nominees puts out a site that I quite enjoy and visit regularly, as well as all being run by great people whom I consider friends (even the ones I’ve never met in person and only talked to online).

However, all that said, we would really like to win. We’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours providing content for all of you out there for free (and while we do have advertising and get cool free stuff, we funnel all that back into paying for trips to cons to cover and products to review). Winning the Ennies would mean a lot to us as it would give an extra amonut of validation to what we’re doing here. While our biggest validation is hearing from you, the readers, that we provide a useful site, a gold medal would just be that extra icing for us.

So please vote for us in the Ennie Awards. You don’t have to vote in every category, and remember, 1s are good and 5s are low!
