You also forgot the coolest parts of vestig pact. It brings back the binder class as a build for warlock and if u wanna play a voodoun warlcok who is ridden by the loas this is perfect for you. Take god fragment as a paragon path and when u get the daily spell make it baron samedi instead of the generic dead god. It works well if you want to play a campaign based on the real world where all mythologies are in fact real.

Wizard's overall did a great job with the book (though I noticed the typos as well). I'm also pleased with what they've added to the wizard class. Grease is a nice return as a gag spell, but I'd never use it over sleep. Back in 3rd edition, illusionists were just horribad to me, but Wizard's really did a great job of making an illusionist fun to play (Visions of Ruin the lvl 9 daily is badass).

What's bugged me is the Weaver of Chance wizard paragon path. Shouldn't that be a sorcerer path to match the wild mage idea?

Wizards can get a level 29 daily "Summon Living Mountain". Anyone who is not convinced to buy Arcane Power by that information has a radically different value set than me.

The Wizard has an awesome new At-Will (Storm Pillar) and LOTS of new Zone spells. The Wizard can now be a top-notch Controller.

Great multi-class synergies abound, too. Try a Halfling Artful Dodger Rogue with Bard Multiclass and a Falcon Familiar: falcons in passive mode give a bonus of +2 to Perception and an extra +2 bonus to all defenses against Opportunity Attacks. The Perception bonus is great because Rogues need good Perception but don't pump Wisdom. Add in Defensive Mobility and our little Halfling can be virtually unhittable by OAs. The daily healing from Bard MC is nothing to sneeze at either.

Initially, I wasn't all that impressed with Prescient Bard either, but it looks like it was their way of introducing the Archer-Bard back in without telling us, since most of the powers that get extra benefits from that build are Ranged: Weapon. Pretty cool then.

Something I forgot to mention in my review: I'm ecstatic to see the return of one key spell - Grease! Also the mechanics for it are really interesting, knocking an opponent prone on a hit and sliding them 2 squares on a miss so that no matter what the spell will be effective in some way.
