Sick! :(

With my game in Friday night (went well), my family sick with Gastro on Saturday and me coming with the same ailment today, my web presence has been severely limited.

Some great comments were posted over the weekend, especially by Micheal Philips who’s finished a run through my 290-some posts (woot I can lay claim to the Archive Binge trope) but I haven’t been able to follow on them. I’m sorry.

Plus I had to rebuild my work laptop from scratch and installing the Vista Service pack on my main desktop (we have 4 computers at home, 2 laptops and 2 desktops).

I have been watching a show called Spaced while resting between bouts of nursing and feeling sorry for myself…. that Simon Pegg show is a trove of awesome tropes.

I’ll catch up later this week.

yeeeeee….hoping you and your family are feeling better :(

‘Spaced’ is an awesome, awesome show…. Simon Pegg is amazing – if you haven’t seen ‘Hot Fuzz’ you must see it :D

If you haven’t run across it already, ‘Black Books’ is a hoot too :)

    Thanks…. It’s been a hellish weekend…

Having seen Shaun of the Dead a few weeks ago, Hot Fuzz is next on my list.

Damn, while I’m happy that British shows are short and sweet (7 episodes per ‘seasons’) they don’t lend themselves very well to watching binges… I’m already passed halfway with Spaced (6 episodes to go)…

  3. Man, if you want marathon binges of Brit TV, try every season of Dr. Who at once.

You can surely fill a few days, there.

@ChattyDM – I know! You’re just getting really into the characters and *poof* the season’s over! At least they’re doing 13/season for the current Dr. Who & Torchwood :)

@Graham – yikes that would take a while! Could be fun though :D
