Never read Watchmen…but I do remember Ozymandias as far as history and literature go…picture seems appropriate for what I know, but definitely should be a bit more intimidating, less young…

I’m still not too crazy about there being a film adaptation of a comic that so heavily relies on its narration and dialogue… but if they have to do it anyway, I admit it’s looking pretty nice so far.

I do think Ozymandias’ costume is way too understated for his larger-than-life character, though.

The site where I first spotted these was full of nerd-rage. I think they look pretty good, actually, even if I do think that some of the characters are a bit young (especially since there are flashbacks to much earlier times.) Alan Moore, we know what he thinks. But Dave Gibbons has been on the set and seemed pleased- I can track down the link if requested.
